Defective Products
If you happen to receive a defective product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. You can initiate the process by sending us an email at twogetherdotshop@gmail.com with the following information:

1. A detailed description of the defect.
2. Clear images or videos showing the entire product and the specific defect.
3. A photo of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) on the product.
4. Images of the packaging, including the shipping label.

Upon receiving your email, we will verify the defect. If confirmed, Twogether assumes 100% responsibility. We will promptly arrange for a refund or a replacement, as per your preference, at no additional cost to you.


Customer Exchanges
If for any reason you wish to exchange the product you have purchased, please inform us by sending an email to twogetherdotshop@gmail.com. Our team will be glad to guide you through the process of arranging reverse shipping. We will work with you to ensure that the exchange process is as smooth and quick as possible.


Customer Returns
Should you decide to return your purchase, you can do so with ease. Just drop us an email at twogetherdotshop@gmail.com to initiate the return process. We offer refunds in the form of store credit, which will be valid for one year from the date of issue. This gives you the flexibility to choose another item from our collection at your convenience.

Once we receive your communication and examine the product as per the guidelines provided, our team will make a conclusive decision. The outcome, whether it is a refund, replacement, or store credit, will be communicated to you, and this decision will be deemed final.
